http://www.webcssdesign.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/flags.jpgHi guys,

today we worked on speaking about your origins and your nationality and also about the flags of English speaking countries.

We didn't have time to write the lesson in your books so we'll do that next time.

You can practise your pronunciation here:

Nationalities / Countries / Capital Cities:

1- British (from the United Kingdom)

2- English (from England) - London

3- Scottish (from Scotland) - Edinburgh

4- Welsh (from Wales) - Cardiff

5- Irish (from Northern Ireland) - Belfast

6- Irish (from Ireland) - Dublin

7- Canadian (from Canada) - Ottawa

8- American (from the United States of America) - Washington D.C.

9- Australian (from Australia) - Canberra

NB: les syllables portant l'accent tonique sont surlignées.

_______________________

Homework:

- écouter, répéter, et retenir les noms de pays et nationalités.

- être capable de parler de sa nationalité et de ses origines:

ex: (Naïla) I'm French but my grand-parents are from Morocco and Algeria.
