today we worked on the ideas opposing the two candidates in the election. We wrote a full lesson with a chart to recap their ideas.

We reviewed the strucutre: WANT ... TO... and we saw how to oppose two opinions: 

- Contrary to ...

- ... whereas ...

- ... while ...

- écrire 4 phrases pour parler des programmes des deux hommes et les opposer:

ex:

* Barack Obama wants to spend less money in the military while Mitt Romney wants to spend more.
* Contrary to Barack Obama who wants to cut defense programmes, Mitt Romney wants to develop them.
