Hey,
today we first warmed up with what is a usual question now, i.e. "How is your highschool experience: a dream or a nightmare?"
Here is what we said today:
"to be written by Jessica and/or Soumaya"
Then we continued by making a quick recap of what we had said previously and we started commenting on the text. Before that, you learned some important things about the American school system.
Description of the American school system:
"to be written by Jessica and/or Soumaya"
Summary of the main character's story:
"to be written by Jessica and/or Soumaya"
HW: for next time (Friday), you need to give me your type bac tests if you have turned them in today + answer that question: "What are the difficult situations that an immigrant students had to face?" Give at least 5 problems. You can get information from the text. (A quelles situations difficiles un étudiant immigré doit-il faire face? Donnez au moins 5 problèmes. Vous pourrez trouvez quelques informations dans le texte).
